报德华人播道会(BCEFC)属于播道会宗派。教會約有120多 成人,加上青少年及儿童共約150人。教会位于Lafayette 市,Boulder County, Colorado, USA。报德(Boulder)与毗邻的大丹佛 (Greater Denver Area)地区是全美高科技发展重镇。任职于此地区的大学、公司和国家实验室的华人,以及留学生与日俱增,福音的工场甚大。因本教会主任牧师计划近期內退休,现诚征一位牧者来此地牧会。

申请资格:

● 您认同我们教会(BCEFC.ORG)的信仰宣告,在牧养和教导上,能平衡地传讲真理与恩典,建造弟兄姐妹的属灵生命,并热心传扬福音,领人信主。

● 有神带领您前来牧养本教会的印证。全家竭力活出神所喜悦的敬虔和圣洁的生活,作为教会群体的榜样。

● 能流利地以中文证道,并能以英语沟通教会事务。

● 具有合格认证神学院道学硕士及以上的学位;具有五年以上牧养教会的经验,并且有一定的行政经验,得以申请本教会主任牧师。

● 若是您牧养教会年资尚浅,或是刚从神学院毕业,也欢迎您申请本教会牧师或传道。

● 若是您还没有播道会牧师执照,您愿意在牧养本教会的五年期间,参加播道会的笔试和口试,取得播道会牧师执照。

主要牧职事奉范围:

● 按圣经正意分解真理,忠实教导神的话语。固定在中文堂讲道,以及在成人主日学配合其他老师共同授课。

● 带领教会会众固定的读圣经、祷告和传福音。

● 制定教会年度主题,讲道年历和安排講員,以及牧养计划。

● 经常关怀探访慕道朋友及教会的会友,在爱心里服事众人。

● 参与执事会及其他事工会议,带领或协调教会事务。

● 主持教会圣礼,包括圣餐及洗礼等。

● 代表教会参加本教会所属的洛矶山区播道会联会,以及北美华联会所召集的会议。

● 代表教会参加大丹佛地区华人教会的联祷会及其他会议。

The Boulder Chinese Evangelical Free Church (BCEFC: https://www.bcefc.org/) belongs to the Evangelical Free Church denomination. The church has about 120 adults, and approximately 150 people total including youth and children. The church is located in Lafayette, Boulder County, Colorado, USA. Boulder and the neighboring Greater Denver Area are major centers of high-tech development in the US. The number of Chinese professionals working at universities, companies, and national laboratories in this area, as well as international students, continues to grow, making the gospel mission field very large. As the current senior pastor of our church plans to retire in the near future, we are sincerely seeking a pastor to shepherd this church.

Qualifications:

• You affirm the statement of faith of our church (BCEFC.ORG). In shepherding and teaching, you are able to preach truth and grace in a balanced way, build up the spiritual lives of brothers and sisters, and passionately spread the gospel and lead people to Christ.

• You have confirmation of God’s leading for you to come and shepherd this church. Your entire family strives to live a godly and holy life pleasing to God, serving as an example to the church community.

• You are able to preach fluently in Chinese and communicate church matters in English.

• You possess an accredited Master of Divinity degree or higher from a recognized seminary; you have at least five years of church pastoral experience and some administrative experience, qualifying you to apply for the senior pastor position at our church.

• If you are relatively new to church pastoral ministry or have just graduated from seminary, you are also welcome to apply for the pastor or minister position at our church.

• If you do not yet have an Evangelical Free Church pastoral license, you are willing to take the written and oral examinations during your first five years of shepherding this church in order to obtain the license.

Primary Areas of Pastoral Ministry:

• Faithfully teach God’s Word by correctly handling biblical truth. Regularly preach in the Chinese worship service and co-teach adult Sunday school classes with other teachers.

• Lead the congregation in regular Bible reading, prayer, and evangelism.

• Develop the church’s annual theme, preaching calendar, speaker arrangements, and shepherding plans.

• Frequently care for and visit seekers and church members, serving everyone in love.

• Participate in deacon board meetings and other ministry meetings, leading or coordinating church affairs.

• Administer church ordinances, including communion and baptism.

• Represent the church at meetings convened by the Rocky Mountain District of the Evangelical Free Church and the North American Chinese Fellowship.

• Represent the church at prayer meetings and other gatherings of Chinese churches in the Greater Denver Area.
